Your artwork

Customer uploads, generated artwork, and production files are private. We share the approved production file with the manufacturer to make your order. Company artwork is only public after it is published to the collection.

Order information

We use your contact and delivery details to take payment, manufacture your piece, ship it, and provide support. Payment details are handled by Stripe; card numbers are not stored by this store.

Saved progress

Essential cookies and local storage keep your bag, artwork draft, and private order access working. Unpaid artwork and inactive carts expire after 30 days. Paid artwork is normally retained for 180 days after completion, with longer retention for unresolved fulfillment or disputes.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record events such as opening the creator or completing checkout. We do not send your images, prompts, address, email, or private order links to analytics.

Requests about your information

Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion. Some order and financial records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
